Sweating

This is observed during the hardening phase and is the accumulation of water on the surface of a piece of concrete or cement-bound granular material as a consequence of it being mixed with an excess of water. The accumulation of binder on a conglomerate surfacing's surface as a consequence of being made with an excess of binder or with a low viscosity binder.
