Dual-carriageway

This is the road especially designed, constructed and signposted as such which has the following characteristics: - Neighbouring properties have unlimited accessibility to it. - It does not levelly cross any other path, road, and railway or tram line and is not levelly crossed by a path, communicating road or any type of crossing. - It is made up of different carriageways for each traffic stream, separated between each other by a strip of land, not for circulation, or in some exceptional cases by other methods, except at special points or for temporary reasons.
