This is the combination of aggregates and a bituminous binder for which it is not necessary to heat the aggregates beforehand. The binder will have to be heated or not, depending on its original viscosity in relation with that required for it to be mixed with the aggregates. The mixture is spread and compacted at the atmospheric temperature.
