Welding operation

The action of welding reinforcements using the electric arc method. Welding for fabrication of reinforcements must be executed in compliance with UNE standard 36832:97, the steel must be solderable, and the operation must be carried out in a workshop with fixed industrial facilities. On-site welding for making reinforcements is only permitted in pre-planned cases duly authorized by the director of works.
