Watering concrete

This is the most common technique used in concrete curing. It consists of watering the surface of the concrete to prevent the loss of the water required to hydrate the cement, thereby eliminating internal tensions produced when the concrete starts to harden. It must commence when the concrete has already acquired minimum hardness. High-pressure hosing should be avoided to prevent damage.
