Manual vibrators

Long, vibrating needle or dipstick inserted into the concrete from the surface. It is the type most commonly used in general works. The needle must be inserted quickly and deeply, be retained in a vertical position and removed slowly and steadily. The separation between points must be equal to the radius of the action of the needle, which is approximately 10 times its diameter. Vibrating time may vary from 10 to 20 seconds, depending on the moment when the cement slurry comes to the surface and bubbles are released.
