Structure-raising phase

Building construction is split into various phases. Depending on the type of project, the first phase may include demolition (when it is necessary to demolish an existing building on the construction site), cutting (in the case of construction on a slope), and land movement. The foundations are then laid (normally in parallel with the underground drainage network) and the structure-raising phase is executed. These are phases of the project in which feature concrete as a basic building component.
