Working conditions

They are any characteristic of work that may have a significant influence on the generation of risks for the safety and health of workers. They are working conditions: - The general characteristics of the premises, facilities, equipment, other useful products existing in the workplace. - The nature of the physical, chemical and biological agents in the workplace and their corresponding intensities, concentrations or levels of presence. - The procedures for the use of such agents that influence the generation of the aforementioned risks. - Any other job characteristics, including those relating to its organization and management, which affect the magnitude of the risks to which the worker is exposed. (Art 4.7 Law 31/1995).
