The RD 1627/97 dated the 24th October establishes the construction site's health and safety plan's minimum agreements within the framework of the 31/1995 Health and Safety at Work Act dated the 8th November.
The following are found amongst the specific agreements:
- Appointment of the health and safety coordinators.
- An obligatory study of health and safety or a basic health and safety study on the sites.
- Health and safety study.
- Basic health and safety study.
- Health and safety at work plan.
