The procedure represents an essential formal requisite of administrative actions.
The control of the administrative sanctioning procedure matter regarding infringements of the Health and Safety at Work Act is applied, in accordance with the seventh supplement of Act 30/1992 dated the 26th November and examined by the Rewritten Text Act 5/2000 dated the 4th August, that regulates the administrative sanctioning system within the social order.
The procedure will always start with an official letter before the corresponding investigations of the event take place in which the accurate hypothesis is identified in the verifications made by the inspecting bodies.
