This process consists in the development, practice and follow-up of the Health and Safety plan at the construction site (or Plan for Occupational Risk Prevention, if H&S not necessary). This plan comes from the hygiene and safety study that is developed according to what is established in the RD 1627/1997, dated the 24th October, where the construction work's minimum health and safety agreements are established.
The phases of this process, will be as follows and are based on the above:
- Carrying out the hygiene and safety study.
- Hygiene and safety plan.
- Follow-up of the plan.
