This is formed by the two strips of land situated on both sides of the road, demarcated inwardly by the defined public domain area, and outwardly by two lines parallel to the outside edges of the level area to a distance of 25 m on motorways, dual carriageways and fast roads, and 8 m on the rest of the roads, measured from the aforementioned edges.
Works cannot be carried out and other uses that are not compatible with road safety are not permitted, without previous authorisation from the owner organisation of the road, only private uses compatible with traffic safety being allowed.
