A tool using compressed air, normally via a compactor, to provide an accelerating movement to a piston which rotates at very high speeds, striking a pointer. The wave of force generated by this dynamic action is transmitted by the drill bit to the object to be demolished, producing break-up of the same.
It is employed for demolishing surfaces (asphalt agglomerates, concrete, stoneware, etc.) and masonry (brick, concrete and brickwork).
It consists of handles, the central body, a piston, a pointer and a valve system powering the continuous striking action of the piston.
