Mixer

A machine used for preparing concrete and mortar, suitable for all types of loading, mixing and emptying, which can be stopped and started or left to function continuously. It can be found as: the main concrete mixer, immobile and totally automated (10-20 m3), a small portable version (200 litres), featuring manual loading, or a mechanically-loaded self-propelled version. It features an engine and a hopper-type or tapered tank, with blades and small opening for feeding in water, cement, aggregates and admixtures. As the tank turns, the blade blends the materials into a homogenous mixture, creating fresh concrete.
