): It is a non-destructive inspection technique that allows deducing temperatures of the surfaces of a building without the need for physical contact with it, using thermographic or thermovision cameras. The cameras capture the infrared radiation of the electromagnetic spectrum and what is obtained is the energy emitted by a surface, since the temperature of the same can be deduced from the emissivity of the material that composes it. With the images obtained with a thermographic camera, anomalies can be detected in the thermal behavior of the studied surface. A diagnostic inspection of buildings with a thermal imaging camera can help: - Visualize energy losses - Detect a lack of insulation or faulty insulation - Locate air leaks - Find moisture in the insulation, on the roofs and walls, both in the interior and exterior structure. - Detect mold and badly isolated areas - Locate thermal bridges - Locate water leaks on flat roofs - Detect breaks in hot water pipes - Detect construction faults - Supervise the drying of buildings - Find faults in the power line and central heating - Detect electrical faults.
