A set of documents whereby define and determine building sites technical requirements as stated in the article 2 of the LOE, in which is technically justified the proposed solutions according to the specifications demanded by the applicable technical regulations.
The main project documents are: the report and annexes, plans, specifications, measurements, and estimations. Amongst the main types of projects are: pre- projects, basic projects, operational projects, construction projects and liquidation projects. As regards to the type of work involved, the project could be: building, clearing, ground demarcation, re-parcelling, urbanisation, etc.
