At a site, the contractor must heed the instructions issued by the technical management, and for this reason there will be an instructions book on site. It has pages that are numbered, signed, and sealed by the technical management. In the case of a dispute, the contractor may appeal against, said instructions, without prejudicing the executive character of the decision adopted by the Technical Management.
