Incidents book

It is a book used to monitor the health and safety plan. In each work centre, in which Royal Decree 1627/1997 applies, it is obligatory to have an incidents book. If entries are made, they must be sent to the Employment and Social Security Inspectorate of the province where the work is being carried out, within 24 hours. Also the entries made in the book must be notified to the contractor affected and to the representatives of the employees of this contractor.
