Once the work has finished, the handover of the work is performed.
The representative of the contracting body will set the handover date, and will communicate it in writing to the works management, the contractor and, if appropriate, to the representative of the relevant state public accounts department.
An official minute recording the handover shall be signed by all attendees (handover minute). There shall be an original copy for each one of them.
