Geotechnical study

This is the result of inspection and characterisation works on the subsoil affected by an engineering or architectural work, arising from the need to analyse how the land will respond to the planned work. As well as comprising the formal descriptive aspects of the land, it includes certain recommendations for the work project, in relation to phases in which it interacts with the land.
