This is a document regulating the general labour conditions to be applied in the whole construction sector and with the validity established in the Agreement itself.
The signatory parties of the General Collective Agreement are, as representatives of the workers: the Federation of Construction, Wood and Affiliates of the CC.OO. (FECOMA-CC.OO.) and Metal Construction and Affiliates, National Federation of the UGT (MCA-UGT), and, representing the companies: the National Federation of Construction (CNC).
