This is obtained by adding the following items to the material undertaking:
- General costs of the structure:
*From 13% to 17%. The exact percentage is set by each ministerial department in accordance with the pertaining circumstances, and serves as compensation for the general costs of the company.
*6% as industrial incentive for the contractor.
- The level of Value Added Tax that is levied on the work undertaking, which shall be applied to the sum of the material undertaking estimate and the general structure costs described in the previous section.
