A group of actions and effects of executing one of the following types of work:
- Building work: this is work carried out on a building, without altering the positions of the walls or roofs defining it, except in accordance with specific indications in the project plan to the contrary. Building work includes the following: restoration works, conservation works, consolidation works, renovation works, exterior works, reconfiguration works.
- Demolition work: work executed out to demolish a building or part thereof.
- New building works: these consist of the following types of works:replacement works, new plant works, extension works, special works.
