Ground plan that represents the projection of a traced road (or other type of work) onto the horizontal plan. It is designed in accordance with the land, using a system of contour plans, meaning that the level curves will appear. The project will be geographically situated and the planimetry defined within it. The parameters of a linear type of project will be referred to straight or curved sections (circular curves and clotoids) and they will be defined for each one of the points where cross-sectional profiles are going to be carried out.
