Storage tank

The storage tank is used as the recipient to hold sufficient drinking water for the water supply. In addition, it functions as a mediator between the electric pump giving pressure to the water and the supply itself. Storage tanks are currently made from plastic substances such as polyethylene, although stainless steel versions also exist. Porous or absorbent materials cannot be used for the tanks. The storage tank must be equipped with a spill door and an evacuation system for cleaning. It will feature automatic refilling via a floating valve.
