POLYVINYL tubing

Polyvinyl tubing (PVC) is rigid, and is manufactured to withstand pressures from 4 to 16 kg/cm². They differ from the PVC pressure type, used for drinking water, and the PVC evacuation type, used to evacuate waste waters. They offer many advantages: they are light and manageable; they are flat-walled; they bend with heat, and can therefore be used in cases where winding is required, re-hardening once they become cold; they are suitable for carrying drinking water at normal pressures; they are highly corrosion-resistant; they insulate well; and do not react adversely to plaster or cement.
