Flushers are automatic taps which release water to clean toilets and urinals, by means of a push button. Their advantages are: space saving; they make a noise when discharging but are silent when refilling; the refilling process is very quick; and they clean very well because they emit a strong spurt of water. But they do have the following disadvantages: they require a quantity of instantaneous flow rate, which entails the installation of a larger calibre tube than used in cisterns; good pressure is needed; and it is necessary to install an independent network of flushers alimentation.
