It is the energy required to satisfy the energy demand of the services of heating, cooling, ACS, and, in buildings with a different use to the private residential, of the building lighting, taking into account the efficiency of the systems used. In the context of this document, it is expressed in terms of primary energy and in units of kW·h/m2.year, considering the useful area of the habitable spaces of the building.
