These systems have the function of distributing a fluid from an outside point of origin, normally a public distribution network, to the different points of consumption inside a building. Water, gas and electricity networks are examples. They function in the opposite way to evacuation networks, given that these collect the flow produced inside the building and discharge it to the outside.
