Cutting pliers

Cutting pliers or ?wire-cutters' are used to cut electric cables, wires, etc. They feature two chiselled very hard cutting edges. Certain models incorporate a return spring, to leave the opening handles open or closed, in accordance with the action of the same. Generally, cutting pliers have two handles or grips covered with insulating material.
