Chain pipe wrench

This is a tool very widely-used in plumbing and for jobs that require immobilisation of a large diameter pipe. The pipe is pressured against a toothed clamp with a handle, using a chain that goes around it, such that, as more force is applied to the handle, the pipe is pressed more strongly against the clamp. This immobilises it so that work may be done on it, for example, welding or cutting.
