This is one of the techniques used for making moulds ?on site' or on a bench and consists in sliding the mould strickle over guides, shaping the mould as the strickle moves over the fresh putty.
The strickle always moves with the side of the strickle which has the sheet metal outline directed against the putty.
The operation is repeated as many times as necessary until the mould perfectly adopts and defines all its parts, avoiding cavities.
