Stoned rendering

Some say this is cement mortar rendering on a brush washed finish. The finish made on synthetic resins and on single layer coverings is also called stoned. On the first, it is the application of mortar with the plaster trowel that gives the finish, passing it over as many times as necessary until it is smooth. On the single layer coverings, it is the finish that is left after scraping the hard single layered surface with a scraper or with a notched trowel, finally eliminating the dust with a flat brush.
