Skirting board

A construction part whose mission lies in finishing off the joint between the paving and the walls. Its aim is to protect the walls from knocks and to help the cleaning of the paving without deteriorating either walls or paving. It has a height of between 7,5 and 10 cm and is normally made with the same finishing material as the paving: terrazzo, stoneware, marble or wood.
