Casting with a Tyrolean flicker gun

This technique is carried out in various layers. The first layer is cast over the mortar rendering that has been spread with a float or plastering trowel, without waiting for it to harden. To use the Tyrolean flicker gun, the liquid mortar is poured into its tank. The mortar uses gravity to drop on top of the paddles that are moved when the handle is turned and the fragmented mixture is cast from the outlet. The second layer is cast on top of the first once set, inclining the machine by 45º. Where necessary, successive layers are cast until the finish desired is achieved.
