Acoustic area

Territorial scope, delimited by the competent administration, which has the same objective of acoustic quality. The acoustic areas shall be classified according to the predominant use of the soil, in the types determined by the autonomous community, which shall at least include the following: a) Sectors of the territory with a predominance of soil of residential use; b) Sectors from the territory with predominance of soil of industrial use; c) Sectors of the territory with a predominance of soil for recreational use and use for entertainment. D) Sectors of the territory with predominance of land of tertiary use other than that contemplated in the previous paragraph. E) Sectors of the territory with predominance of soil of tertiary use other than that contemplated in the previous paragraph. F) Sectors of the territory affected to general systems of transport infrastructures, or other pubic equipment that demand them. G) Natural spaces that require a special protection against noise pollution.
