Transverse cracks

A crack of a certain dimension which is transverse to the road's axis and showing on the surface of a structure. A rupture that affects the surfacing's structural layers (asphalt surfacing) or its upper slabs (concrete surfacing), with various possible causes and with a surface width of more than 3 mm.
