These are all the roads that do not possess the characteristics of motorways, dual-carriageways and roads for motor vehicles (being one-lane carriageways for motor vehicles, exclusively reserved for the circulation of motor vehicles, with accessibility completely limited to neighbouring properties and which are signposted with the signs S-3 and S-4, respectively).
