Concrete flooring

This is a mass of concrete used as a layer in floor covering, with a thickness of between 10 to 20 cm, on a stone underlay, which may be strengthened using reinforcing wire mesh. It may either be left as it is or a finish can be applied. There are different types of flooring: those used for buildings, lightweight ones for garages or transit working areas, the semi-heavy type for transit areas used by light trucks, and the heavy-type for supporting great weights.
