Any public or private work where construction or Civil Engineering work is carried out.
It is the place where the activities listed in RD 1627/1997 or those listed in section F (paragraphs 41-43) of the National Classification of Economic Activities take place, provided they are intrinsically associated with construction activities (building and civil engineering) and executed with typical construction industry technologies.
Type of construction:
1. With project: those in which a draft work it is legally required .
2. No project:
2.1 Works in which the project is not required for its administrative procedure.
2.2 Emergency Works.
