The parallax bar is a photogrammetric instrument attempts to interpret photographs in a simple way, without much accuracy. It consists of two bars, one fixed and another movable. These bars have marks, which are placed over a point and its conjugate, the horizontal parallax (or displacement of an immobile object, which is produced in two photographs when the shot of said object is taken from two view points, thanks to the movement of the camera that goes in the aeroplane).
