Sanding of surfaces

Before sanding, the floor should be vacuumed, and then a wet cloth should be used to remove any remaining stains. Fine-grained sandpaper should be employed (120-180), and the sanding should follow the direction of the strips. No more than 3 or 4 tenths of millimetres should be taken off the flooring.
